Spiritual Wellness: "My grandmother has been my biggest inspiration. I've seen how she strove to help others, and she is my role model for that. I appreciate life because I view it as a gift, which just helps me maintain a positive perspective".
Social Wellness: "Since I'm at college, it's currently hard for me to spend time with family, but we make a point to call each other and talk on the phone. Basically, nighttimes are for friends, while the daytime is reserved for work".
Physical Wellness: "I maintain physically well by being a member of an African dance company and taking classes of interest at the Wooden Center. I am also aware that I have high cholesterol, which is part of the reason that I'm a vegetarian. I try to limit my consumption of high cholesterol byproducts, and as a vegetarian, I have to be aware of my consumption of starches".
